I’m borderline atheist/religious at the moment.
I just don’t think I can take the bible as a serious testament to history.
There are different “versions” of the bible and that just makes me wonder if man constructed religion to control, trick and oppress people. (i.e. The Catholic Church)
Besides, what if a person never is introduced to religion or dies before they can learn about it? Would they be persecuted just as someone who willingly sinned?
On the other hand, Life in itself is so…powerful.
As much as we are products of nature, the electricity we have running through us had to start from somewhere…
perhaps God?
If you think about life, you’ll see how fucking crazy it is. It’s unimaginable.
So, in other words, I believe in God, but I don’t believe in the bible.
Is there a name for someone like me?
Its impossible to incorporate world issues, politics, poetry, art(both appreciating it and making it), games, porn, church, women, best friends, magazines, my favorite tv shows (scrubs, shameless, house of lies…etc.), new music(I’m listening to a group called star fucker right now), reading, video editing, movies, file sharing, family, Philip Defranco and other cool videos, school, and sleep all in everyday life. There isn’t enough time in the day!
